A great video of powerful footage and images by WantTV featuring so many members of our FHS community, covering "Man in the Mirror."
Malcolm Martin is a senior at FHS, as well as an avid runner who ran track. As he said, "Considering the whole quarantine, I thought I would get the paintbrushes out just to have a little bit of fun aside from technology."
Janiah Fladger is a senior at Franklin High School. She is looking forward to attending Kean University in the Fall, and pursuing a career in community health education.
Davon Corbin, a current Franklin High School senior, created this video as a promo for a 5K honoring the life of Samaad Z. Frazier, a Franklin graduate who passed away in December due to gun violence. You can learn more about the Samaad Z. Frazier Youth Over Guns 5K by visiting the website. Davon Corbin is currently a Franklin High School senior. During his time at Franklin, he has enjoyed being an athlete, as well as creating films for Aspects of Video and WantTV. He will be pursuing a career in film.
This is a collection of sketches by Tyson Murray, a current FHS student. Tyson Murray is a Junior at Franklin High School. He created these sketches during his time in the Graphic Novels & Anime elective.
This piece was submitted by DaiJonae Clemons, a 2016 Franklin High School graduate. "During my journey of my education and career, I’ve struggled to continue school and land a job in my studies. However, this was one of my greatest breakthroughs to remain and focus on using Art as platform TO SPEAK THE TRUTH. As a Proud Black LGBT artist, I have created my own entrepreneur art business of selling my art." DaiJonae Clemons is a 2016 Franklin High School graduate, and went on to graduate from Raritan Valley Community College in 2019 with an associates degree in Digital Media/ Film Studies.
