Braids
by Jac Layton-Brown You had long curly hair You would keep it pulled back or You would let it all out I liked your hair I wanted to touch it I even told you this You told me how people would feel it You also said how some wanted to braid it You said that you would tell them, “let’s do it” I thought you would look interesting with braids I was used to the curls so braids would be odd I joked about braiding it, but I’m not good at braiding You would smile at the joke or You would send ‘lmfao’ You would send that a lot I doubt you were actually laughing but I enjoyed the text anyway I would smile at your smile I never got to braid your hair Jac is a sophomore at Franklin High School.
