Sob of Worship
by Elizabeth Augustin ...and i think sometimes we’re afraid to cry. We conceal our emotions and pretend like we aren’t capable of them, in an effort to convince ourselves otherwise we assume crying is a sign of weakness a weakness that makes us fragile in the worst ways But no, crying is the strongest thing you could possibly do it’s your way of saying: this is how I feel and i’m going to express it without using any words isn’t that powerful? Use that emotion as your power; use it as your strength because that’s what makes us all human grasp onto that feeling hold onto it when our heart is aching and our hands are shaking this keeps us present. Elizabeth is a Junior at FHS. She is currently enjoying reading and writing about supernatural fantasy and fiction.
